The EAZA Annual Conference is the largest gathering of zoo and aquarium professionals in Europe, offering a unique platform for sharing knowledge, best practices, and innovations in animal care, conservation, and education. The 2026 edition will take place in Paris, France, from 29 September to 3 October, 2026 and is hosted  by the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle.

Conference delegates are once again invited to submit a poster abstract for display at the Annual Conference 2026. 

Submission deadline is 1 August 2026

Send your abstract (or poster if it's already available) of max 100 words, including poster title, author names and corresponding institutions to mirko.marseille@eaza.net

Please note that max. 3 posters per submitting author/institution are allowed. We offer space for 50 posters, after abstract review posters will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. 

Don't forget to bring the poster(s) to the conference venue, or alternatively sent it with a delegate who is attending.

Posters should be designed to A2- portrait (420mm wide by 594mm high) or A1 - portrait (594mm wide by 840mm high).
