EAZA Annual Conference 2025

EAZA Annual Conference 2025 will take place in Łódź, Poland from 9-13 September 2025 and is hosted by Orientarium ZOO Łódź. Regular registration is open. CLICK HERE TO VISIT THE EVENT PAGE.

Conference posters

Delegates are once again invited to submit poster abstracts to mirko.marseille@eaza.net before 17 August. The abstract should include the following information: Poster title, author(s), affiliated institution(s), country, keywords (max. 5), and a summary of max. 100 words.

Posters should be designed to A2- portrait (420mm wide by 594mm high) or A1 - portrait (594mm wide by 840mm high). We offer s a printing service as well as delivery to the conference venue if you wish to avoid carrying bulky poster tubes on the plane. If you would like to have your poster printed please contact jakub.rosly@travel.com. This service is available for fee of €15 (inc. 23% VAT), per poster.

At the start of the conference please visit the registration desk in the hotel foyer for information and assistance regarding the poster location and instructions for display.
