The EAZA Conservation Forum 2018 saw three days of great presentations, discussions and networking. Overall it was attended by 158 participants from 33 countries. The standard of food and drinks at the icebreaker, the lunches and the gala dinner was of exceptional quality and was very much appreciated by the delegates. The live music as well as the entertainment during the social events, from stand-up comedy to an interactive photo-box and from guided city tours to yoga-classes, made the experience even better!  Printed materials and branding such as the conference programme booklet and the signage at the venue was cleverly designed in an appealing and communicatively strong style.  The live recordings of the talks was well-received, until now the recordings of the presentations have been viewed more than 13,500 times. From the beginning to the end the process of live recording was done in a professional and dedicated way. In sum, the EAZA Conservation Forum 2018 has been a huge success, this benchmarking event will be reminisced as a well-organized, informative and enjoyable conference in Tallinn, Estonia and will surely set the example for future events.
