Bushmeat-related Projects
The third part of the EAZA Bushmeat Campaign, besides increasing awareness and running a petition, was directed at raising funds to support bushmeat-related projects.
The EAZA Bushmeat Steering Committee selected three projects that benefited from the financial support generated by the zoos participating in the campaign. Some 33 EAZA member institutions managed to collect over Euro 80.000. The three organisations that received financial support are listed below.
