Fees
The registration fee does not include accommodation costs. Fees have been calculated to cover the costs of venue hire and set-up, lunches, coffee breaks and conference materials.
The social events (icebreaker, visit to ParcoNaturaViva zoo with barbecue, farewell dinner) are offered courtesy of ParcoNaturaViva. Accompanying partners may attend these social events for an additional fee (see below), to be paid during the registration process. EAZA Members and partners are welcome to visit ParcoNaturaViva zoo freely at any time during the event.

*The "early bird" rate is available only to EAZA members and members of WAZA-affiliated regional associations as well as members of organisations with which EAZA has a formal liaison.
Payments can be made online via credit card, or alternatively by direct bank transfer. Both Visa and Mastercard are accepted via PayPal. Credit card payments will incur an additional 2.5% processing fee. All fees include 20% VAT.
NOTE: Group registrations are possible via the online regsitration system. The fees for all registrants in the group will be added together and charged to one of the registrants. If different members of the group are paying individually (for example with different credit cards), you must create separate registrations for each.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees
In case of cancellation by August 21st, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation after August 21st 2010, there will be no refund. To cancel your registration, send an email to info[at]cogest.info and provide all of your registration details. Cancellation will be accepted only in writing.
The substitution of another participant from the same institution is permitted, but the new participant will have to take part in the same social events as the replaced participant. The invoice already issued cannot be modified. Any change in the registration details involving a credit note or the issue of a new invoice with different heading will cost €36,00 VAT included.
Hotels
If a participant cancels his hotel reservation or wishes to modify his booking, it is mandatory to send an email to info[at]cogest.info indicating all the registration and reservation details. If a participant does not communicate anything, he will be subject to a fee equivalent to the full stay. Cancellation will be accepted only in writing.
