Annual Conference Proceedings 2012

This page features a document library through which conference materials are made available. Those organising and contributing to meetings can upload agendas, presentations and other files directly to the library.

The library is accessible only to conference delegates and EAZA members. To see the library below, EAZA members should sign in to the website; non-members should contact michael.sullivan[at]eaza.net for access details. (Signed in members that cannot see the library should contact the same email address.)

Instructions

All users have permission to upload documents. Meeting chairs are encouraged to upload meeting agendas as soon as possible. Other documents for consideration at the meeting, abstracts or the presentations themselves, can also be uploaded. If in doubt, please contact your meeting chair.

  1. Before uploading please ensure the document has a meaningful filename. The suggested format for the filename is:
    [Date of meeting YYYY-MM-DD] [Type] [meeting or subject of document]
    e.g. "2011-09-22 Agenda Unicorn TAG.pdf"
  2. Please use PDF format where possible and please keep the file sizes low (e.g. compress the images in your PowerPoint presentation)
  3. To upload a document click on "Add a new document" at the bottom of the library.
  4. Select and upload the document in the usual way.
  5. When the document has been uploaded you will be asked to select the meeting name.
