Courses

In the past the EAZA Academy has focused on two courses relating to breeding programme management. As of 2011 a much wider range of courses are offered, covering areas as diverse as zoo management, collection planning. animal behaviour, visitor studies and educational concepts. In addition, a number of workshops are available free-of-charge to delegates at EAZA Annual Conferences.

The range of courses for 2012 can be found in our prospectus. This is intended to be a living document where new courses can be added as they are developed. You can also find a complete course calendar containing further details of courses below.
